Default good aerobatic/3d park flyer ???

I am an experienced glow and gas flyer looking for a GOOD performing electric for park flying. I want good power and aerobatic/3d performance. I bought a hitec sky scooter a few years ago because it seemed like an economical way to try the electric thing - what a piece of JUNK! Any recommendations ???

Thanks,
Steve

check out the mini laser 3D made by laser models. I power mine with a Hacker B20 15L and 8 NiCd 600's. It will have unlimited vertical for about 3/4 of the flight and I can get fully aerobatic flights of 6-7 minutes. It will do torque rolls and just about everything else (plus it only took me a week to build it from a kit.)

SwitchBack 3D with Hacker or a Steven's Aero Cap 232 with a brushless in addition to the Laser 3D. There's really a lot you can choose from. Check out Ezone's electric sport planes forum.

Check out the Radical Edge 540. Its fully 3D and can hover with the stock cheap brushed Blakdiamond 301 motor on 8x720nimh. Even more awesome on brushless like a Mini AC motor.

I've heard the Mountain Models Switchback or Miniflash with a brushless setup is a good one also.

Also, check out the $600 profile thread started by Termagator.

I've flown that airplane. It will do:

Hovering
Torque Rolling
Waterfalls
Snap Rolls

That's all I had time to play around with, but it is a sweet airplane!

The only negative seems to be finding one.
