Default Prop reamer and an A123 question

I am trying to slide an APC-E 12x6 prop into the shaft of a 5mm collet prop adapter. When the thicker part of the shaft hits the prop's inside hole, it stops. I need to make the prop hole a bit wider for like just less than 1/4 inch. I dont have a reamer , can I do this with a dremel and drill bit?

Also, I made my own pack of 5cell A123s from devault. How long will their charge last? I have nt used /discharge or charged them even once in the last 2 months?

Thanks

You are asking for a off-center hole and REAL prop problems.

Can you possibly wind the prop onto the threads of the shaft ?? It would be the truest way to do it.

Force it perfectly OK.

I'd just drill it mate. The pre existing hole acts as a pretty good guide (IMO) so I don't think you will have to many problems with making the hole of centre (I've done it on half a dozen props and never thought it caused a problem afterwards).
