Default Has anyone used "great stuff" in RC??

Has anyone used "great stuff" , that foam spray that expands in cracks etc in RC?
Can I use it to secure a battery(a123) against fuselage walls, A battery that I wont be removing often?

Ummm, not sure what you mean by securing the battery with GS? You planning on using just the foam to hold the pack in?

I've used it a lot. Works great in foam skinned birds, like the PZ Cub and Mustang for strengthening the nose area. You just have to be careful to leave a good exit for the excess to flow out of, otherwise it will tear apart a fuselage quite easily.

Try like never???

I have used gorilla glue on servos and other areas in foam wings, even putting the plane back togeather after a mis-hap. If you use gorilla glue put some tape around it so you can get it out later. I used GS one time and wasn't too happy with the outcome.
