Gearbox for Mega 16/15/x
The whole idea if the Mega line is No Gearbox Needed with the noise, energy waste, durability problems, weight,
cost, etc etc etc.. The mega series open up new horizons to e-modlers the same way the auto tranny changes the
way we drive. Old time tech had only high rev/low torque motors that Needed a gearbox to do almost anything.
If you want to swing a larger prop order the higher turn version and be happy. Megamotorsusa site lists the
applications of the various "turns" and you will be able to get the most versitile motor for your usage. There are sites that have active discussions on this sublect.. Do your homework..Please do not spoil the high torque lower rev attributes of these motors with a (ug) gearbox.
