What is the Kv of your motor and what voltage are you using?

To maximize: 160,000/Kv/Volts=Prop Diameter in Inches

(160,000RPM In) / (650RPM/Volt) / 24V = 10.25 inches

160,000 is the max rpm inches from Master airscrew.

axi recommends 14x8 props with that motor, what made you decide to go with the 9x6 props. trying to learn about props and how to choose the best ones for my deuce.

not too sure how that math is working but the Kv is 770 running on 14.8 volts. my guess is something like 11.5x6.5/12x6.5

That just means the maximum prop diameter is 14 inch. It's OK to go smaller. The 11x7 3-blades would be good.
