I just bought a used Electrifly se5 and Spektrum DX6 from a fellow RCU member, and the servos work ok but the motor doesnt run. Any ideas what the problem might be? I made sure the battery is charged, all the leads to the motor and ESC are connected, and the esc is plugged into the throttle slot on the rx.

crazy,

it might have a safe start feature on the ESC, try plugging the battery in and then advance the throttle to full (while holding plane in case it starts) then back to idle see if that works.
