Default a few questions...

http://www.electrifly.com/flatouts/gpma1112.htmlFirst off, I apologise for this new thread so soon. I have a ton of questions that need to be answered. I have attempted to look up the answers but I have resorted to asking you!

1. My castlecreations pixy 20p http://www.castlecreations.com/products/pixie-20p.html cuts off my motor at full throttle almost instantly after flight. The cut off voltage is correct, i am sure. Im flying a cap 580 with a stock motor and gearbox . Whats the amperage draw of the geared down speed 400 brushed motor approx? I understand I need to upgrade to brushless but please bear with me.

2. My charger, the Electrifly polycharge http://www.electrifly.com/chargers/gpmm3010.html will not blink its led at all anymore, it used to work fine. I charge my battery on it anyways and stop at 12.6 volts. Is this ok?

3. What is the amp draw of a brushless motor at full throttle that is speed 400 size approx?

Thank you very much for your help!

1.Does sound like your ESC cutting in!!!
2.Minimum full charge is about 12.45v.......max full charge is 12.68v
3. Depends on prop size.

Default RE: a few questions...

1: As louis said: LVC (LowVoltageCutoff)
2: Don`t know your charger...
3: 15-35A appr. Depends, as louis said.

Try to list battery (cells, capasity, C etc), motor and propeller. Then someone could have the numbers for you.

Maybe your propeller is too large. Maybe the batteries are sagging too much. Maybe the autodetect in the charger detects 2 cells only, and thus don`t charge the battery properly. Maybe your LVC is wrong after all?
