Default Electric fly theory

Hi I´m new in electric flight I want to know were I can Learn about the theory for electric flight for example to convert my F-86 Byron that have a Rossi 1.05 glow ducted fan to a an EDF;what propulsion EDF system I need what size of motor,what type,capacity and quantity of cells of batteries I need what type of ESC what is the BEC or for example if I want to convert my P-40 top flite that have an OS 120 4 stroke glow engine with retracts to an electric plane what size of brushless,esc lipos for fly 10 minutes or what size for fly 15 minutes where I can learn this for have the knowledge to do this by myself.
