Default Problem with MicroDan 2510 3d

Hello everyone,

i just connected my MicroDan (for the first time) to ESC and its looks like the motor not working properly... please see this videohttp://xtactics.com/P10100782.wmv
I was trying to swap cables.. but the result is always the same...
Please help! What i did wrong?

Can't tell much from th video. Are you using a Futaba TX? If so reverse the throttle channel.

Check the motor with an ohm meter. You might have an open or shorted winding.
