Default Himax motor identification

I've been flyng glow for a while, but just bought a built up Stryker. The guy told me what motor it had, but I forgot the model and can't find it on the motor itself. Where are these things marked?

Default RE: Himax motor identification

Jester, Himax motors come with a label/sticker attached to them. Other then that, to the best of my knowledge there is no other markings.

Only way to guesstimate what it is would be to take some measurements of the motor itself and an amp reading and compare those to the specs on Himax's site.

Why not just contact the seller?

I can contact the seller. I just figured it would be good to know how to figure it out for myself. Thanks for the info.
