Charger woes!!!
 

HI guys, first post here in the electric forums, but Im sure there will be many more.

I recently got back into RC, and I have picked up a few things, and started a few more. lol

My problem is I need a charger for all my lipo batts. I would like one charger that can charge multiple batts at one time, that can use both AC, and DC power sources.

I have the following batteries so far:

2 of these : 650mAh 10.8v 9 cell heli batts
1 of these : 2200mAh 11.1V 3-cell lipo plane batt
1 of these : 2070 mAh 14.8V 4-cell Li-Po plane batt

Could you guys recommend a charger for me? Thanks a ton! Im baffled by all the chargers out there.

That one looks like it fits the bill. The only thing is that I dont see where it can charge a 9 cell LIPO. It says it can only do up to 6 cells?

Well it looks like either the Helimax website, or ebay is wrong. Helimax lists the battery as LIPO, ebay lists it as NiMH. In that case that charger would work perfectly!

A 10.8 volt is a 3 cell , if were really a 9 cell LI type it would be above 25 volts. I'm saying that IF it is a 9 cell (series) pack then it is a NI type.

I have the 12v version and my brother in law has the 12v/120v version, They have worked well for me. They may not be the biggest or best, but hard to go wrong with them. I use it on everything I have, 2cell 490mah all the way up to my 6 cell 5500 batteries.

To charge at home I just converted a PC power supply for 12v
