I am attempting to put together my first order of components for an electric airplane. I believe I have it all figured out except for the battery connectors. Value Hobby gives the option of a tee connector or E3C connector on their batteries. I assume a tee connector is like a Dean's connector but what is an E3C connector? Which is better and when I order one or the other, do they come with both male and female ends? I realize this is a pretty basic question for those of you who are into electrics but when I place this order I would like to get everything I need to complete the project in just one order. Thanks, guys

RE: Connectors
T connector is likely Deans

EC3 is a blue connector that E-Flite usually uses and they are easier to separate than standard Deans.

It really depends on what connector you have to charge with. If its your first and you have to buy or make a charging harness then it really doesn't matter, you can standarize from the get go :)

RE: Connectors
For currents up to 70A I'd choose XT60 connectors. Very reliable but not too big.

RE: Connectors
OK, so does anyone have a picture of an XT60 connector? And where are they available?
