Default micro cessna 210 and dx7

I have a extra reciver and body for my 210 just wondering if the dx7 would bind with it so i don't have to buy the radio?

....currently but in june horizon is coming out with the vapor 12 gram indoor flyer which will be sold as an bind n fly.
