Cool, so now I can get a replacement motor from the new Sukhoi and put it in my original Sukhoi and it will be better. I just won't have the larger control surfaces. But I can fix that with some foam

RE: New PZ Sukhoi and Vapor
I'm glad I took a look at this post today. I was just about ready to buy a new Sukhoi now that I can fly it better. The old one is getting a little beat up. I wonder how long it will be before it is availible. Horizon shows "coming soon".

The specs says it has "Larger control surfaces" maybe not much but larger.
ACF, that is the way it looks when they first release a plane. They will post the ad and It will show out of stock even when it hasn't made it over the seas yet.

Interesting, I wonder if they meant what they said?? The older plane could be adjusted to larger throws also by moving the connector to a different hole.

RE: New PZ Sukhoi and Vapor
Figures.......
Just bought a Sukhoi this past week.
Should have procrastinated more better. Will practice.
So what motor and prop in the latest version?
Same gear reduction and battery?
While on the subject what are the differences between the P-51 and Sukhoi motor and gear reduction?
Are they the same?
I have to ask as the Sukohi has been a trouble free excellent flier right out the box so it has not been "Opened up"
1/2 throttle gives good climb rolls and loops.
