hey good luck man! RC will be waiting for you when you retire. By that time there will be fully scale indestructible ultra micros powered by micro gas turbines. But they will still be ultra expensive [:@]

From the Marine, Ooh-Rah. Keep your head up and mention your rc flight skills. They are, or could be, helpful to you in the future.

    RE: SAY GOODBYE

Enjoy! I did. I still managed to keep a few RC planes with me everywhere I went. Sometimes I would look down and think "gee, it's such a nice day, wouldn't it be nice to be down there flying RC." Let us know what career path you will have in the United States Air Force. Good Luck.

    RE: SAY GOODBYE

Superb! Next time anyone threatens my rights under agreement with the people of the U.S. and it's government, I'll p.m. you! Oh, wait a second, my rights are under fire! Guess who is threatening them? Haw! Luckily my rights to privacy, free speech, travel, personal/family/business/property protection, freedom of association, freedom of religion, Freedom to assemble... On and on...Yup! Not terrorists or foreign power, but DOMESTIC RULERS! Don't close your eyes to the oath you take, to protect me and my fellow AMERICANS from attack, both foreign and DOMESTIC. If you are lucky and skilled enough to survive your obvious deployment to AFG. (or worse?), go into politics if you have a true American heart. Forget not these words, as unpopular as they seem. The only true Americans who stood up for me were lawyers. Guess their names? T. Jefferson was one a few years ago. Another was an unnamed public defender that defended my rights against great police work, my rights regarding unwarraunted search, seizure of my private property...Hey! Good luck to you though! I really hope you personally catch the *****s that threaten my freedom!

Oh! Next time a taliban or sudan or iraq official shows up at my doorstep, with an unsigned warraunt at gunpoint and badges saying we are here to help and take me away from my family, without charges, without cause, and without recourse under rule of law, I'll prolly not be able to call you, so be ready for my silent cry for help. Otherwise, I hope for the best for you and yours. P.s., lawyers are the only ones who actually ever defended my rights since the civil war(Despite my native american heritage), so go figure...Hope you live to see America prosper yet again!

    Good Luck.

Here are a couple of pictures of an Air Force Navy pilot. Any guess on what modeler this is?

    Thanks Gary for the correction.

    RE: SAY GOODBYE

FYI: Several responses attacking this guy for going in to the US Air Force were evidently removed. I had posted requests in other forums asking everyone to read this thread. These were also removed. Hopefully many others had the chance to read this thread before it was edited.
