Hi Frank,
It is still not done. I need to get my but in the shop and finish it. The tail is glued on and hinged and servos are mounted. Will start the wings today since the weather has me stuck in the house. The gear does look thin but we all flew bigger planes on similar gear. The wings look nice but the fuse is very thin and light. Similar height to the vanquish but much thinner I see how you could fly this on three cells. The kit is a bit different than the manual but not hard to figure out. A normal person would get this together pretty easily.

Hey Anthony I'm building a ML 400 right now. I'm taking pictures of the build to post.
I'm blown away with the quality of it. I can't wait to get er done.

We only have 3 left and when they are gone well there pretty much going to be gone. It won't last long.
Thanks, Mike Mueller

Is it a plug in or one piece wing ? I'd appreciate knowing the servo and servo lead requirements.
One more thing- any update on the flight characteristics ?
Thanks,
Frank

Plug in wings. I think I used 18" extensions for the tail. Airtronics 94809 servos fit perfect. Great little servo but order extra mounting hardware and arms. The ones that come with them are very small and hard to find. I haven't tried these but a web search says they fit but a little flexible. Laminating with 1/32 ply helps a lot.

As for flying we may have to wait for Mike . . .

Finally got it done! It has good potential but I still have some kinks to work out. Very light 3 lbs (1320g) RTF with a zippy 4s 2650 and great power with an 800 kv Fury motor and 12x8 prop. Stock gear and pants are very flimsy and the wheel are tiny. May swap the gear and wheels left over from my late Vanquish. Push rods in the tail are way too light allowing for lots of flexing. Had to rework the canopy latch to get it to work and so far it is working. Need small hands to load batteries in the narrow fuse.
Flashes of brilliance doing negative snaps and half rolling loops. Hoping to get some flights tomorrow with stronger push rods.

Has anyone ever seen this plane before?

it looks a bit like a foam version of a Sebart, albeit at a very very low cost
