Default 2017 Cajun Nats

The Cajun Nats is getting close, this year it is a 3 day event Friday Oct 13th 14th and 15th. The field will be open for practice starting Monday Oct 9th. We fly 2 rounds on Friday, 2 rounds on Sat (possible 3 for some classes, and finish up the 5th and 6th rounds on Sunday. IF you can't make it on Friday, come on out and join us Saturday (the 2 Friday rounds will be your drop but you can still get in 4 rounds). Trophies for 1st thru 4th place in all classes. AMA classes will fly the current 2017 sequences, FAI will fly P19 only. As always we start off with a wood fired pizza night around the fire pit and a jam session on Thursday evening, so bring your instrument or singing voice and join in or just come and watch. Friday night is the pilot and families dinner of home made Chicken & sausage Gumbo, with a "Light weight building and repair" seminar presented by Mark Hunt. Saturday evening is the Pilot and families banquet with Catfish Coubion and trimmings, and a live band.
Come out and enjoy some great challenging competition and Cajun fun. It's a one of a kind "Cajun aerobatic fais deaux deaux".

Hi Monte,

I will definitely be there for all three days. By the way, are you planning to do a build thread for your Caressa? You are going with a YS motor, yes?

I will be going with a YS 185. I plan to modify the firewall set up to use a YS style engine mount. I will post a build thread once I get started on it.
