Introducing the new planetary coaxial single-stage gearbox with counter-designed for use with electric brushless motor type HACKER C54 on unmanned aerial vehicles of wide application. The transmitted power is no more than 6 kW. On the output shafts of the reducer are installed propellers of different direction of rotation of 22 inches. The pitch of the screw is selected by the experimental method and depends on the dimensions and mass of the aircraft. The use of modern high-tech materials and quality components allowed to obtain a product with excellent physical and mechanical characteristics. Numerous tests of the reducer confirmed its high reliability, design capacity and durability. The housing parts of the reducer are made of high-strength AL alloy with subsequent anodizing. The design of the reducer and its kinematic scheme allow to remove high efficiency from the electric motor due to the non-fixed crown wheel. Air screws located one after the other, when the aircraft performs complex evolution, perceive different loads and rotate at different frequencies. In this design of the reducer, the differential principle is used, which makes it possible to optimally distribute different loads along the two axes. The reaction from the torque to the aircraft is practically reduced to zero. A simple gear unit allows you to quickly replace solar and satellite gears without the use of a special tool to change gear ratio in field conditions, as well as in the event of force majeure circumstances. At the request of the customer, it is possible to supply the reducer to any other engine of different manufacturers and modifications.
