Default Alternative to Plettenberg advanced 30-10

Can someone think of a good alternative to the Plettenbberg motor. Perhaps something in the hacker line. Thanks

Thanks for the response. I am the guy who is coming to Alabama next week to buy the Contrast from Jamie. I think the web info said that the Himax motor has the same bolt pattern as the Plettenberg. Obviously this is for the Contrast. What does controller would you use, what battery configure and what size props should I get for it. I plan to fly Sportsman class this year. Is this a good airplane for it? Thanks

You use a 10s set up which is the max you can use for pattern, a 21-14, 21-13 seems to be the prop of choice for most. its a good airplane for any class, saw Matt fly his,it flys fast.

F3A unlimited is a good place for everything you need for pattern, batteries, props motors and ESC, and Mike is a super guy to work with,
