Here are some more pic of a couple other planes we have been working on. My time is limited as Marcelo has been in the hospital the last couple days and I think he is going to have to have surgury tomorrow.

Matt Kimbro will have his there but he is going to fly the Axiom. He doesn´t want to chance a mid air until he can at least get another in the build process. He told me last night he is going to be flying it on Fri. Rick check your email please

Good luck to everyone this weekend

Chip I'm curious. In one of your pictures you showed a rudder that was set up for CA hinges. Do you prefer that type of hinge as opposed to the hinge point hinges.
Thanks
Greg

Gregg sorry for the late reply. We have been using only CA hinges for the past few years with great results. They are super lite and very easy to install with the aid of the center hinger sold by central hobbies. Hope this helps

Hello Everybody!

I have a shortstoryfor you. I´m in Colombia in the Open International flying with Chip. the day before the contest I had some airplane problems and I didnt have a back-up. so Chip let me fly his Dejavu (thanks again Chip!!!!) so I have to say from first hand that this plane is really amazing, I mean, its a brand new airplane, Chip test flewthe airplane here and the fligth was awesome, the plane flew perfect without any mixing I mean NO MIX at all. so when I flew it I was very impressed, I have never flown an electric airplane before, its a brand new airplane and I flew an exelent P-11. this thing is flying as it was mine I have about 100 flights on it, AND ITS BRAND NEW!!!

congratulations on an exelent airplane and again thanks for this oportunity. it really means a lot to me!

best regards!

TUNY

pics later, I forgot my camera on the flying field...

Hey Guys Happy New Year. This was my first in Argentina and let me tell you the whole country goes nuts at midnight. Its legal here to buy fireworks just like the pros use at home so everyone had some. It was incredible to see firework shows on every block across BA. We went to a good friends house for a party and he has a beautiful pool. Since its 90 plus down here right now we spent the whole night drinking Corona and swimming. What a blast.

Now onto the important stuff. I no Scott is dying to see his new De Ja Vu so here are a few pics of it before clear. It is all finished now and just waiting for the wings to be Ultrakoted later this week. I am waiting for a friend to come down this week that is bringing us a bunch of stuff including a new camera. The one I was using belonged to a friend that has rescently moved so I apologize for the poor quality pics.

Attention Stephen!

I no longer want to fly your old De Ja Vu and you can't fly my new one either!

Awesome job on the paint Chip!  It's exactly what I wanted!  Marcelo, thanks for the quick build and taking care of things very professionally.  Both of you make CA Models and Hydesigns awesome and GREAT to deal with.

Todd, you can fly mine.
