    Avionik DO6 problem??

    Seeking help here:

Have a Avionik DO6 electric pylon from Soaring USA and the pre-drilled Vertical stabs is clearly off the centre-line of the fuselage, as seen in the picture.

Is this by default or is there a manufacturing fault here?

Have sent a couple to emails to Soaring USA but no replies.

    Appreciate any help here.

    Thanks
    Henry

    RE: Avionik DO6 problem??

    Henry,

When I built my D06, I simply enlarged the front hole in the Horizontal stab, and straightened the Vertical with relation to the fuselage. You defenately do not want left rudder. Not a big deal. I use 15 minute epoxy to glue my tails on, this gives you enough time to move things into position to make sure all is straight.
