Syma S006 Alloy Shark - Cant fly Forwards

Syma S006 Alloy Shark - Cant fly Forwards
Hi All.
I recently purchased an Electric Syma S006 Alloy Shark Helo fo my boys (me too Iguess) however when Itook it out of its' box for a first fly, it will not move forwards (moves backwards OK).
The Helo also initially spun very quickly clockwise however I used the trim on the RC unit and this had stopped happening to such an extent.
ANy assistance on the lack of forward movement?
