High Quality entry level electric heli with CP Logo 10 easy versus eolo
I planning to buy a High Quality entry level electric heli with CP I am considering Logo 10 easy versus eolo or logo 10 with brush electric motor - I will m/p learn to fly on my own but have many years on R/C plans and practice heli flying on Realflight G2 simulator. I am looking for stability and durability initial price is less important to me.
Thanks

I started without any RC experience with the Logo 10 helicopter. This has worked perfect for me.

High Quality entry level electric heli with CP Logo 10 easy versus eolo
I have a Logo 10 for about a year and I am building an Eolo right now. I love the Logo, it is a great flyer, and the Eolo is definately a quality kit...I like it too. I dont think you can go wrong with either one, but go brushless with either one you pick. The Logo is a bit larger than the Eolo.

If you're limited to small flying space, then get the eolo but if you have a big backyard or usually go to the park or something get a Logo 10, it is one awesome bird! I never flew an Eolo though and have heard really good things about it, I'm pretty sure the Logo 10 will be easier to learn on and more stable do to it's size over the Eolo.
If price is not an issue go Logo 10 and definitely brushless, you will be one happy camper with no regrets.

I have not flown a Logo 10, but I do have an Eco 8 and an Eolo. The eolo is the most stable heli I have ever flown. This is mainly down to weight and flybar weights. A beginner could hover an Eolo on the first attempt. It goes up and just hangs there. I can hover my Eolo and let go of the sticks and it will very slowly drift for ages! That's from setting the linkages by the manual and then applying a tiny bit of trim.
The down side is the the cyclic rate is sluggish, this can be fixed with lighter paddles and weights.
The eco is much more twitchy.
If you have a lot of space, the Logo will be more appropriate. My only criticism of the Eolo is it's size. It makes it damn hard to tell where the tail is at a distance. I'm going to whack some day-glow tape on the tail to see if it helps :-)

Thank you all for your inputs
I think i will try the Eolo first due to availability here in Israel and lower initial investment (motor is included with the kit).
Is a 400 motor controller (Com pro SMM 18S) suitable for the Eolo?
Thanks
Nahum
