Default booo to banana hobby

I do not recommend banana hobby to any one. Not only were they rude to me over an email about the product I still have not gotten after i ordered while I was underway months ago. The second time I emailed them they didn't even reply. I'm out over 200 dollars since i had the product shipped to my ship underway and I have nothing to show for it. Banana hobby you have horrible costumer service and a horrible way of doing business i'll stick with xheli and helipro and other sites from now on.

yes you are reading that right. i was out to sea on a carrier (a ship) and i had the helicopter shipped there. i had a problem with another model place that i bought from at the same time and they were kind and pleasant to deal with and i got my money back for the products i never received.

It is unfortunate that you did not do a search for them in any of the many forums for RC helicopters. I am sure that if you had, you would have found many threads, in many forums, that tell of the many woes that customers have had when dealing with them.

I agree! Do not buy from Banana Hobby! I ordered a 4S LiPo battery and they sent me a 2S battery. I have been trying and trying to get them to send me the correct battery but they do not respond to email and phone calls. Not to mention, their planes are junk and parts support is non-existent.

Sorry to hear about your troubles but they have a history of hot and cold customer service.

Thanks for serving! (Ex P-3C AT1/Flight Tech)
