Default Blade CX2 VS. Blade CX3

hello all...

ive been in the market for a new birdy for i have been getting a little bored with my mcx2. dont get me wrong, i love the darn thing. it gets daily flight time. its just i want something bigger and faster than my mcx2. so the question is... should i get the cx2 or cx3? i know the cx3 is hard to work on because of the scale canopy but it has a heading hold gyro. i know the cx2 is easier to work because it has a 2 piece canopy like the mcx2 but it has a rate gyro. i also noticed the cx3 is now off the blade website and the older cx2 is still there. does the heading hold gyro on the cx3 make it worth the PITA repairs? or is the rate gyro satisfactory enough that i should get the cx2? which one should i choose? i have done a lot of research and cannot find a clear answer to my questions.

one last thing... please dont recommend i get a FP or CP bird for i do not wish to venture past a coaxial heli. my real passion is in nitro cars and trucks so thats where most of my money goes. i dont need an even more expensive add on to this hobby.

thanks in advance and any advice or input will be highly appreciated!

(yes i enjoy to use a lot of emoticons, you guys dont have to tell me. lol)
