Default Pixie 7 arming

Went seperates on a Piccolo. 2 Pixie 7 with JR 500T gyro, was able to program the Rotor motor.
Question is how do you program the tail motor controller?

Do you have the instructions that came with the Pixie? That should go over the steps to program it. You will need to put the ESC directly into the receiver to program it so that the gyro does not interfere with the commands you are sending while programming.

If you have the Pixie-7 it's plug'n'play. If you have the Pixie-7P the programming instructions are on this site: http://www.castlerc.com/

I have the directions. I programed the Rotor motor with no problems, but the Pixie but the for the tail rotor is giving me problems.

Going to try what Vince said and remove the Gyro from the system for programing.

thanks all for the info.

Ok,

Could not program tail rotor Pixie 7p directly to the receiver, Wouldn't start the programming phase. The directions say to use the throttle to program. This only programs the throttle channel pixie ??? With the tail rotor on a different channel how does the tail rotor get programed using the throttle channel?

Thanks for viewing

Normally, the ESCwould be on the throttle channel. It may even be easier to put it there for programming, since the throttle will not self center and confuse the programming.
