well guys I am sure everyone knows about like 90. They will have more products soon. I think I speak for everyone when Isay we are fed up with hellihobby. If you havent checked out like 90 yet give it a shot www.like90.ca they have johnson motors ready to go and there blades look great. Soon they will have duel tail mounts so keep looking. The more we buy from them the more they can get instock as far as other mods. They are real quick to respond to if you have any questions. I give them an A+. Just thought I would give credit were credit is due.

Yes! I have bought a few sets opf blades and the motor/stiffener package, they arrived a few days ago.

I'd like to add that the items were VERY well packaged. A lot better than many established 'proffesional' companies.

Keeps it up guys!

I too am very happy with like90. The service and quality of products are second to none. They have also given me advice and thanks to Colin and his crew, I am finally enjoying my bird.

Dalai,

Yup, I ordered head stiffener, blades and Johnson motor pack for an AeroHawk. Shipping took longer than I expected (11 days) but this was not like90's fault - they posted the package promptly as attested by the postmark. When I queried where the package was they responded promptly and with accurate information.

Bottom line, service was good, responsiveness excellent, packaging outstanding. The only thing that was not 'great' was the performance of the postal services - and they cannot be held liable for that.

Justin,
So far we make all of our own products. We will be carrying some other products, like Gail Graham's dual tail motor mount, that are not made in house. As we grow we will be adding other products from some of the major manufacturers too.
UKGroucho, sorry about that 11 day delivery. Average delivery time to the UK has been 8 days. If we used a faster service, shipping would jump to over 30 dollars!

Well, as far as performance heads, I think the best head for the Hummingbird is the plastic one that comes with it. Ultra durable, does not loosen in time, and pops off to avoid breaking other parts of the heli.
Honestly, I feel the same way about aluminum swashplate "upgrades". I would not spend my money on one. Spending money on LiPo batteries or a HH gyro or brushless motor will give you a much bigger improvement in performance for the dollar.
Tail improvements, yes. We should have a couple new products listed this week. There are a lot of things coming in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned.

Hi Lineman,

Just purchased this canopy because I saw your post. Looks great!

Any tips on how you painted it, paint used, how you modified it for the Aerohawk would be awesome.

Thanks (CT is my old stomping ground, Wallingford & Madison),

Hey Guys.
We didn't release the zoom blades today, sorry.
A last minute change, I decided to add tip weights to the blades, this is the reason for the delay. I think it will be worth the wait due to the added stability afforded by the tip weights.
New release date is one week from today. We should have enough made up by then to keep all the zoom lovers happy.
Cheers,
co
