Default so much for my blade cx

hey
i am totally new to helicopters but the local hobby shop has blade cx s and the guy told me its a good starter heli to learn on
so i brought one home charged her up watched the dvd and all flew it with training gear on it and did ok but finally broke the blades on the garage door so back to lhs for parts i decided a heatsink was a good idea too so replaced the blades and installed heatsink and now she will not lift
got about 3-4 ft off the ground and would not climb any higher with full batt pack
took to lhs and they said main shaft may be bent they replaced it and didnt help so they decided to send her to horizon hobbies and we will see
if thier warranty service is any good lhs says they are great but i have no idea
anyway long story short i have had 15 minutes of heli flying and now my heli is gone for who knows how long anyone else ever send one back for warranty?? [&o][&o]

Are you sure you put the correct blades on? It is a very common mistake to put lower blades on the upper rotor, or vice-versa...

yep i did them one set at a time and only had the lower blade set in front of me when i replaced them then went outside and got the uppers
after the lowers were installed
the lhs said everything was correct but the heli will only run for about three minutes and then it starts dragging down and wont lift or hover
like something is binding up or the electrics are getting hot i have no idea what it could be but hopefully they will get it figured out

Sounds like you damaged the battery pack or it didn't get a full charge somehow. Li-po's are touchy, if you damage a pack by over discharging you won't get much power out of it afterward. I'd have had the LHS check with one of their batteries but it's too late for that now. Hopefully it comes back soon and is all happy again.

I had a blast with mine and just gave it to a friend to learn with while I practice with my CP and wait on my T-rex.
