Hi,

even though I'm having a blast with my new T-Rex I still wouldn't mind looking into upgrading the rotor head mechanics on my older FP GWS Dragonfly to collective pitch (120deg CCPM).

I looked at the cost of getting the individual replacement Hummingbird CP head parts but even that was around the $90+ mark. Is there an all-in-one CP upgrade kit out there for the basic Dragonfly / Hummingbird frame? Perhaps the parts from a Twister CP?

If anyone knows the cheapest and easiest way, could you let me know?

Hi There
that is what i am doing . I use a esky ccpm swashplat and my old Kyosho ep concept tail rotor set to make a flybarless rotor head !
the swashplat is about $5 and the link need 2 to 3 sets ,they'er about $2 a set , and the tail form my kyosho is about $20 (other 30 size chop tail will do)
