Default Esky Honey Bee 2 CP (HB2) and Hitec Eclipse 7 setup with separates

I am having a heck of a time trying to dial in my setup so it is flyable.
I think the problem is the settings on the radio.. I can't seem to trim the swash settings
The pitch curves along with revo mix are driving me nuts... I just can't seem to find a stable combination.

Here is my setup

ESky Honey Bee 2 CP
Hitec Eclipse 7 Spectra QPCM
GWS 6CH reciever
Tokin Angular Rate Gyro
Standard CS Servos
Himax Brushless Main
Direct Drive Tail (Brushed)
Dymond 15Amp Brushless ESC on main
Zagi 15 Amp on Tail
1050, 1200, 1500mah lipos @ 11.1v

RX setup
CH1 = Swash servo 1
CH2 = Swash servo 2
CH3 = Throttle
CH4 = Gyro->Tail ESC->Tail Motor
CH5 = Unused
CH6 = Swash servo 3

With this setup, I can't seem to get the revolution mixing set up correctly... there is simply too much tail rotor, all the time!
I have read and read, and cut my fingers on the blades testing this thing, without any luck.. still too much tail..
I read the guide the guy put out for futaba tx's and the HB, but it does not apply for the eclipse...

Any Ideas?
Thank You!

I got it dialed in now, but I am struggling with the weight, I need to get it down... possibly with a lighter ESC for the main and tail... and shorter wires
