Default Lama 2

Hi,

My lama 2 glitches when flying.. All it does is it suddenly turns left or right very very fast and then continues normally. What is the meaning of this. Battery is full.

What can I do to stop this because it scares me..

is antenna on the transmitter all the way up? maybe you're getting somekind of interference... otherwise, it's either probably
a bad motor or maybe near it's end of life (does the heli always rotate in one direction?),
a bad 4 in 1 on the heli,
a bad transmitter

or maybe something else that I've no idea about...

The 4 in 1 is new.. I bought it today..

The transmitter gets hot when switched on for too long. Is this noraml?

The motors are find because it turns 90 degrees once in a while very fast.

I used a 11.1V li-po and it did not twitch. Can the battery be the cause.?

On close inspection it does do it under a new battery. Is the transmitter faulty, it gets hot after a long time switched on.

11.1V is too powerful for the lama 2 - lama 2 use the 7.4V battery ONLY

did you pull out the 4 in 1 antenna out of the cabin?

my transmitter doesn't get hot but then again I never really had it left turned on for a "long" time - pretty much only for as long as I fly the heli and that usually doesn't last more 10-20 minutes (2 packs at a time at most).

the heli on the other side gets VERY hot, even after one pack...

For the electric RC helicopter, you should be aware of the temperature - [link=http://www.4-rc-helicopter.com/index.php?action=artikel&cat=5&id=66&artlang=en]read these tips[/link]

The heli gets hot ok.. But the transmitter to even after only 5minutes.. Near the crystal part it gets hot!! This happened because one time I left it switched on for about 45minutes..

Is 11.1V too much? The lama sure is more powerful with it but then it's charger can charge those batteris too. And yes my antenna is out of the cabin..
