8C discharge (assuming that's accurate) would be about 10 amps. Might be a bit low for the blade, but since I don't have one, I can't say for sure on what it pulls.

This fellow here sells the cheapest (good quality) batteries i've found to date. They have a 12C discharge and they work fantastic. I use a bunch of these packs with very good results. Not quite as cheap as the ones you got listed, but still very cheap (as lipo's go). My only problem i've had with them is their physical dimensions are a bit too big for some helicopters. This might, or might not, be a problem, depending on your setup.

I think his website is www.hobbykong.com if you want other varieties. I've always ordered from him through ebay though, never from the website, so your mileage may vary. Never had any problems though .

I dont think i would buy a lipo from someone willing to sell me a $13 wall-wart charger with my LIPO!!!

stick to brands you know...i had a cheap lipo that ignited in my blade...on its 3rd flight (no crashes, and was charged over 12 hours before) ... so no cheap lipos, not worth the risk to my equipement, my house, or my safety...

the 8C im not too worried about because i was looking at the e-flight li-polys and they were 8C so it shold be enough.

Just look at it this way..

If your treat your lipos right, they will easily last you a year...so if you spend 30 more bucks, thats just about 1~2 dollars a month...or less if you take real nice care of them, now consider that if it was a gasser you would spend 15-30+ bux a month on fuel easy....

btw..im a nitro guy, but i keep my blade cause its fun

The thunder-tiger 1320MAH are awesome fits for the blade, perfect headspeed with the 10-tooth geared motor...not to mention that the extra power and longer life means that the tail will actually behave for 80% of a flight now, which will average about 20 minutes with that batter...i can fly for upwards of 5 min with only my right hand (hover i should say) ... but i have a direct-drive setup on there as well, so that does help...

The main concern I have with this battery is the weight - it weighs 120g! A TP weighs 85 or 95, I forget which. That's a huge difference and the performance would have to suffer from that much weight.
