Thanks for the info on the batteries.
However how can a higher capacity over load the electrical system?
The voltage is the same and the higher capacity will give me longer flight times.

Yes, I know it will be a bit higher in capacity and it may be a few more oz. more then a 1.5 but a 2.0 mAh should give me 30 minutes of flying time.
Anyway those prices seem to good to be true.
They may have sat in a ware house for a couple years.

This Heli couldnt reach 30 min fly.Now in the market ele Heli Flight time all in the 15 minute .
The high capacity can bring the weight increase,Affects the airplane performance,Gain does not equal the loss

I was just reading the many post about the Falcon D and they said the big battery was appx 3 oz heavier in weight and a bit snug fitting
The stock battery gives appx 6-7 minutes flying so I just figured the big 2.4 would give me 30 minutes.
However I think 30 minutes non stop may start heating things up.

Another newbi here. I have a stock HBK2 and with 11.1V 1000mAh LiPO batteries but I came across 11.1V batteries but highter values for current (1500mAh, 1550mAh, 1800mAh, 2100mAh). They all have different discharge rates ranging from 15C to 20C. My question is what is the max. current (mAh) battery that I can use with the stock equipment (servos, brushed motor, ESC etc) without frying anything? I have heard that the 1000mAh battery has like 6-7 minutes of flight time. I was hoping to indrease the flight time somewhat. Any advice and info would be appreciated.

if you upgrade your esc and motor you'll probably be using deans connector. the stock battey uses jst connectors. they make jst to deans adapters if you still want to use stock battery with upgraded esc and brushless motor. i have one and it cost me 3 bucks for the adapter and it allows me to use my stock lipo.

First when whirley bird says 2.0 mah I'm assuming he means 2.0 amphours or 2000mah (mah stands for milli amp hours).
Second, you can't overload an electrical system with higher capacity but beyond the factors of weight you have to consider the size of the battery. A 2000mah battery would have a hard time fitting in the battery tray regardless of it's weight. You can overload the system with too much voltage though so be careful.
Third, you'll never reach 30 minutes of flight time, even if the motor and esc could stay cool. The larger and the heavier the battery the harder the heli has to work to stay in the air and the more strain on the motor, esc and battery. I'd say if you're getting 10minutes of good sport flying you're pretty much at the limit.

I run the esky 15c 1500 and a dualsky 16c 2200, the dualsky brand is the biggest capacity I could find that fits straight in.......but as Druss has pointed out the weight is IMO a bit heavy and as a result the flight times are only a few mins longer, its less nimble and the esc gets warmer than using the 1500 but it still flies well. All stock apart from esky 3900 & esc, never tried the stock 1000 batt. I'd love to get 30mins flight time...maybe an extention cord from the charger.....or a nitro with extra 20lt fuel tin tied under it
The c rating has made a noticable difference, for eg I run the same 16c 2200 in a e325se and have just purchased a 25c 2500 evo for it. The flights are near identical in time but the 25c turns it into a rocketship because it lets the amps out of the bag much quicker.
