Default Raptor E550 buying advice

Hello,

I am relative new to heli, the only heli experience I have is with a Lama3.

I want to buy something larger and my choice is the Raptor E550. I want to buy the stock version with the included Brushless Motor OBL 43/11-30H, ACE BLC-75 controller.

What LiPo battery pack should I use for this setup? (no of cells, capacity, etc)
What servos and what giro should I use?

As for remote controll I already have a Graupner MX12. Will this do?

Thank you,
red

Default RE: Raptor E550 buying advice

I have the E550 with the stock motor and ESC, and LOVE it!! I am running a 18.5 volt 5 cell battery (Thunder Power 5000 mil), and switched to a 11 tooth pinion on the motor, and I get about 9 minute flight times. I'm running a JR G770 Gyro, and Hitec 5625 servos on the cyclic.

So far it's my favorite Heli.

Mark
