JXD 350V will not fly forward
 

Hello, I am new to helo's and I recently purchased a JXD 350V. I have not crashed it, only flown it about 10 to 15 feet off the ground with good landings. My problem is that I can't get it to fly forward. It flies to the left, right, up, in reverse, but not forward. Hoping someone out there could give me some advice. Thank you in advance for any advice.
