Default mounting 28mm motor to 29mm fan housing

What is the best method to displace the difference of a 28mm motor o.d. to a 29mm i.d dimension of the mini 480 fan unit while allowing maximun cooling of the motor.

Default RE: mounting 28mm motor to 29mm fan housing

The motor is not really going to cool on the part thats in the housing anyway, air is drawn through the motor by the rotor design. Best to wrap it in silver foil tape, like flitemetal, you can buy the stuff in most electronics supplies.
