Here are the settings on my XB-70:
The flight trim is 1/8 up on the right elevon and 3/32 up on the left elevon.
Full deflection for the both right and left elevon is 1 inch up, and 3/4 inch down.
This works on my plane and is not overly sensitive. You have to test it on your plane to find out what works best for you.
As I mentioned before, I do not use dual rates or exponential, but I mostly fly it straight and level, no loops, rolls and other aerobatics.

I need to check mine but mine are close to yours except the left and the right are equal in throws.

RE: XB-70 EDF
I have elevator at full with 1/2 travel but I am puzzled by the Ailerons one side wants to go higher than the other unless this is the delta mixing of my DX6i radio.
I will shoot a video to show what I am seeing..

you can split the difference between the high amp draw of a 10 blade and the not so great sounding 5 blade fan by using the AEO 8 blade rotors. I get great sound with a moderate amp draw.

RE: XB-70 EDF
Get the highest C value, but stay away from Nanotechs. You won't blow your 45 A ESC if you stay on 4 cell. If you are getting 4 minutes flights, be verythankful. I modified my ESC to a 60A and put in a 10 blade Change Sun fan, 5 cell batteryand new motor. Awesome performance, but got disoriented with sun at 200 ft altutute and crashed. It will fly again but not right away. Too bad, they don't seem to produce them anymore and they are available nowhere. One thing learnt about this crash, this big delta is no trainer and needs a LOT of altutude to recover from a dive. Do not fly it nose heavy (heavy battery) and avoid aerobatics from which you may not be able to recover.

RE: XB-70 EDF
I have done about 3 flights with her so far, I make sure the balance is near perfect for each flight- marked the battery location inside so the placement is perfect each time.
From the flights I have done I have noticed how easy it is the fly and the need to give a slight amount of up elevator until I adjusted the trim but overall I am pleased with the XB-70 and how well it flies and trust me I have have spent countless hours in the flight sim trying everything and the fact it flies like the one in the sim helps out!
Thanks for the Advice on the battery/esc..

RE: XB-70 EDF
The XB-70 which is my largest most powerful of my jets took off looking badass was about 1/8 mile away when the fan unit started to make some HORRIBLE noise..either I sucked in a humming bird or a very large BUG 200 feet up in the air.. the jet started SMOKING out the exhaust and I thought for sure she was on fire over of all things the freaking wheat field!!!!! I powered her off and pointed her towards the runway knowing there was no way to land her on her wheels so I elected to belly land her...well with now power on the fan she came down soft like a feather on the wind... I heard clapping and "GREAT SAVE AND LANDING DUDE!" so I checked the motor and the housing was melted...overheated..damn...but the XB-70 was unharmed!
So now it's time for a replacement motor/fan and ESC which I guess is shot now...
any suggestions?

Use thinner wire for the struts, you don't want to add weight. Also, the metal strut on the front gear is very soft, needs to be replaced.

The main gear installation is quite straightforward, but the front steerable gear is more frustrating and requires quite a bit of foam cutting to accomodate the steering arm and prevent binding during retraction. You may want to try it on a separate piece of foam at first to get the hang of it so you don't damage your aiframe unnecessarily. I used a thinner gauge metal rod for the struts and wrapped some scotch tape around the base of the strut to fill in the gap.

I compared the 10 blade Change Sun fan and the 12 blade fan, everything else remaining the same. The 12 blade fan has more power but drains the battery very quickly.

OK I now have the e-tracts installed but I kept the servo mount to the front LG and then bonded the front steering so only the servo moves the LD..
and the sound these things make is wonderful
http://youtu.be/xgkPpxkJRVE
testing is next and then the sky!
All servos that were related to the old way are now gone...the XB-70 is now lighter than before...

I just SNAGGED ONE!!!!!
There Is one grey one left in stock and these are the only two I know still in the wild...
Well now there is only 1!
Maybe if I am smart about this I can have somebody make a mold of it and make a new XB-70's with more detail based off the model
EPO and electric retracts.... Hmmmmm
