Default setting incidence on jet trainer

I am building a jet trainer and have a question on wing incidence . My plane is a General Models jet trainer 51" . It came to me as an ARF but when trying to put together I found that the wing tube is insalled but the rear locator tube is not drilled . This is a problem since this is what sets the wing incidence . I have set the model up with rear stab at 0 and measured the wing incidece and it is at 3 deg . This is where it lines up with the fusalage at the bottom of the wing and looks correct but since this is a ARF I have no clue if this is right. The plane weighs 6.5 lbs and is a trainer with high tail in rear . I have tried to ask the company I bought it from with no answer I suspect that is cause they do not know the answer. Can someone yelp with my problem?
