Default 1/16 scale ct-114 tutor

Hello, i'm currently in the process of scratch building a 1/16 scale ducted fan ct-114 tutor. I am wondering what power system and ducted fan unit I should use to power my model. I am also wondering what would be the best micro servos to use. Price is an issue.

How about some specifics such as wing area and method of launch.

What is the wing span, how many fans?

Ah yes, 27 inch wingspan, hand-launched, and one fan.
