It flies, got in one flight today. Windy day, so it took off all by its self after a short run, took some left trim. Very stable and predictable.
CG looked very good, to windy to really check it all out.
Landing was very easy, greased it, needed some throttle due to the wind.

In this day and age of foamie junk ARF's, it is heartening to see another builder still exists. We're getting rarer than hen's teeth[&o]

limeybob,
have you ever thought of laser cutting Ziroli's electric He-162? I built one and "horrors" put a RK740 w OS.25 on it instead of
going electric. I'm now doing a reduced one ( about 80 %) for an old Kyosho DF 70mm. How about it ?

There may be more of us scratchbuilders than you realize. Especially in the EDF area................
My Microwave; Hyperflow brushed or brushless, 3S 2100. Very "brisk" performance!

NIce plane!

Please do not use Turbinator-e technology, design intake tubes because you have a big loss of thrust in your setup. rpm and performance do not match in the vid.

Good luck,

erik

Erik, do you consider that the FSA should be "ducted" to the figures you mention.
The current design has in excess of 100% at the inlet with no ducting and the outlet is unrestricted.
