Flying Styro A 10 Warthog
Hello, I'm a fair pilot(glow) but love to build. A buddy got an A 10 from Hobby Lobby and gave it to me to build. I've never built a styrofoam plane before or an electric anything. It's been a learning experience for sure. The instructions are hard to understand, it never mentions elevator or alieron throws. It does mention the engines blow on the elevator so to watch it! What does that mean?
Anyway does anyone know the throws I need to use, the plane is about 40" wingspan. Any help is appreciated.
BTW, it uses 1 servo per alieron, would two of those 4 gram servos work? I plan to use a bigger servo for the elevator.
Thanks, goldy9955

You might consider getting advice directly from Hobby Lobby. They have an excellant customer service department. Go to their website for info and phone number. Good luck with your project!

Can you show us some pictures. It wont help to find an answer but I would like to see the plane.
I suggest about 15-20mm to start off with and If its too unexiting then go for some bigger throws. If you have a digital Tx then you can do it In a matter of seconds.
