12S powered "F-100" SS, upgrade.
 

After 5 years flying this 4.5Kwatt donk, I found some nasty wear of my elevator stab axis creating flatter. What model is the Hughes 500 helicopter seen in your pictures?

It is very old (10+years) Thunder Tiger (Innovator) model I bought brand new in 2nd. hand shop for peanuts.
Runs immaculate after lot of initial mods to the battery set up.

Did it come with the scale body or did you adapt/build it?

It was sold as a pod&boom or scale fuse version as above in blue or red. There are full Threads on it in RCU or RCG, from back in 2009. check it up.

Additional two side cheater openings in the fuse (60cm2) gave further improvement to my 12S Super Hunk, extra 1/2 a kilo thrust. Anything extra comes handy with a 5kg AUW model.
