Default electric flying

My buddy has a Guillows Kit #803 Stearman and he wants to fly it by electric motor and wants to know what size motor to use > The wing span is 28""

For a brushed motor a 350-370 size with the appropriate gear ratio and prop would probably be right.
For a brushless motor Himax 2015/4100 or 2015/3600 with appropriate gear ratio and prop would probably be great.

Thanks Foamaholic >He will try this. He is new to electric flying. I have been flying a ZAGI for several years and have Built and am Flying a Model called "SPARKY" plans from Model Aviation a remake of a Comet model from the 40's. Lots of fun Thanks again BOB .MOORE
