Could you provide a link to this plane? I am familiar with several 2-channel "Firebird" pusher-prop-and-V-tail airplanes sold by Horizon Hobby. I have not heard of a "Firebird 400" though.

The Horizon Hobby Firebirds are generally pretty good units, tough, and fairly easy to fly once you get the hang of it. You'll want to fly in LARGE fields.

FWIW, the 'firebird 400' is not a Horizon Hobby or Hobbyzone product.... So it is not supported by Horizon. I don't know about the quality or support of this item.

It is someone trying to cash in on the name recognision.

The Current Hobbyzone Firebirds are IIST, Commander, and Scout.
The Aerobird is Hobbyzones lower 3 channel offering.

Best Regards,

THis a very good plane I flew, today, it was very windy 10 MPH. It is a great glider and it is fast, good control, I recommand it to beginner's. I purchase it off ebay. THis is a website were you can see the plane. http://www.hobby-estore.com/firebird...ane-white.html

that plane looks exactly like the Firebird Commander. The Commander is a 2ch plane, and what is the deal where it says "Included- 2 motors"? Does the thing use 2 motors to fly?!? It looks like one of those things like McDonalds and Burger King. They keep copying each other but change the names of the items. I'm not sure if this plane is better than the commander or not but they look exactly alike other than the decals.[sm=confused.gif][sm=confused.gif]
