Default Good Plane to buy for windy areas

What's a good plane to buy for windy areas? I'm trying to stay away from flying wings (too ugly for my taste)

My two favorite windy day planes are, an EasyStar and a Mountain Models Magpie. I fly both of these up to about 15 to 18 mph wind. If it gets much windier than that I just don't fly.

What is your experience level? New flyers should NOT train in windy conditions regardless of what plane you get.

What equipment do you have?

How much space do you have for flying?

Do you have a hard runway?

If you are a newbie, do you have a coach or instructor?

Does it have to be RTF, or are you prepared to buy radio and ARF or kit?

What is your total budget for EVERYTHING you will need?
