Default My slow stick is retarded

Hey guys.. Today was a perfect day.. no wind at all .. so I decided to take out my slow stick and go fly ... well on the first flight I got air born and it pulled very harsly to the left... it would not fly straight at all.. so I landed it so to speak..... (lol)

I noticed the rudder was a little off center so I thought ok no big deal... adjusted it real quick... got it back flying and i be darned the thing still pulled hard to the left.. pretty much ifI countered it I could get it to fly straight by pushing the control all the way to the right.... but I landed it sort of again.. checked everything made sure the front wing was centered properly checked the rear rudder it was as straght as it could be.. I checked the fuselage to make sure it wasnt warped.. pretty much my only conclusion could be either too much weight to one side or possibly I need to replace my cracked and bashed up re taped wing and tail foam parts.....?

any of you ever experienced this problem?

Ummmm, if it didn't act this way before, I think you may have answered your own question with the crashed, bashed, retaped wing and tail.
