Default DC-3 on electrics!!

Hi everyone, i need some help here. I'm building a DC-3 Kit and i wish to go from gas to electric, but i don't have any idea of wich motor (speed controler and bateries and props too) should i use instead of my O.S. .40's that i was thinking of using. I live in Central America so getting parts is sort of difficult, but anyway...any help will be really apreciate. Thanks.......

Default RE: DC-3 on electrics!!

Hey bud: I would post this question in the conversion section here and at RCGroups. State your approximate finished weight and other specs and the guys will help you out Im sure. I only fly smaller park type models so have no knowledge in this area. E-Flight makes some larger brushless motors that are comparable to 15-25 and 46 size glow motors. Seen the advertisements only!!!!
Good Luck on your conversion>>>>
