Default Beginner Slow Stick Setup Help

All,
I need help to set up a slow stick. I got the GWS Slow Stick from Tower Hobbies. Now I need to get the following.

Speed Control/Auto-cut-off
Battery
Charger
Radio
Servos
Misc. Items

Can you please post your setup?

Also I might have an eDVR camera mounted on it after few successful flights, so consider some extra weight.

I was thinking about getting Futaba 6EXA. Is this good enough?

For the Slow Stick, that radio is way more than you'll need, but will grow with you.

Is this your first plane? I would recommend different set-ups for someone who can fly and someone who can't.

My first SS had:
Speed Control/Auto-cut-off: GWS ICS 300 speed control
Battery: 8.4V 650mAh nimh
Charger: Hobbico MK II
Servos: 2 Hitec 55's
Stock Speed 300, D gearing, 11x8 prop
GWS Naro 4 Channel Rx
