480 motor and gear combo
Can anyone recommend a good 480 motor / gearbox combo, and suggest a suitable prop?
I'm running a ThreeDee with an 8-cell pack. I managed to fry my motor today, and I'm looking for a new setup. I'd like to spend less than $100 for the motor / gear combo.

20+ OZ thrust from a 480?
I'm running a Graupner SPEED 480 Race 7.2V geared to a 3.34:1 box on a ThreeDee with an 8-cell pack. Prop suggestions welcome. I've heard this motor will put out 20+ OZ thrust...

480 motor and gear combo
Check out the New MP Jet Brushless Motor/Gearbox setups at Hobby Lobby and NSP. They are actually LESS $$ than a planetary geared 480. Of course you will have to purchase a Brushless Speed Control.
