Battery Wiring for multiple packs
I was just told by a battery distributor for the hobby industry that as of Oct 1st they can no longer ship a Lipo battery greater than 5 cell 5000 Mah battery.
Therefore is it possible to assemble a Lipo battery system for a 10 cell 10,000Mah battery.
If so How do you assemble the packs? I understand series and parralell but dont understand how you wire 4 packs to achieve 10 cells and 10,000Mah.

RE: Battery Wiring for multiple packs
It may be late
Wire 2 of the 4 packs in series to achieve 10s. Wire the last two packs in series to achieve 10s. Wire those packs in parallel to achieve 10 000mAh capacity

Ryan is correct.
When you connect two 5S packs in series, that is a 10S pack.
Such a pack would be designated as 10S2P, or two 10S packs wired in parallel.
I have not heard of this rule. Did he say if this was a postal rule or some federal law or what?
